In the context of the Interregional Cooperation Plan "Marine Environment, Coastal Threats and Fisheries" was organized on 15/12/2023 in Rhodes, at the premises of IEK Tourism, an interactive event with the theme ""Lionfish: A foreign fish - Culinary Surprise!" with the aim of introducing the public to Lionfish and networking fishermen, cooks and restaurateurs in the direction of protecting the marine environment and enhancing the income of fishermen.
