In the context of the Interregional Cooperation Plan "Marine Environment, Coastal Threats and Fisheries" interactive events were organized between 28/10/2023 and 19/10/2023 in Alexandroupolis with the aim of raising awareness among the local population about the protection of the seas through their active participation in recreational activities.
Events included, among others, revival of fishermen's customs, fish cookouts, musical events, beach clean-ups, constructions and lost treasure hunts.
